ABOUT JOURNAL

The journal THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL RESEARCHES IN URBAN MANAGEMENT (TERUM) was founded by the Research Centre in Public Administration and Public Services (CCASP), Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, in November 2006.

Between 2006 and 2008 the journal was published under the name CERCETARI PRACTICE SI TEORETICE IN MANAGEMENTUL URBAN with the ISSN 1842 - 5712.

Between 2009 and 2019 the journal was published in both in electronic and print form with the ISSN 2065-3913 for the print version and 2065-3921 for the electronic version.

Beginning with 2020 the journal is published only in electronic form with the E-ISSN 2065-3921.

All papers are published open access under a Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 licence. This ensures that they receive the maximum dissemination because there are no barriers to access. This licence allows readers to disseminate and reuse the paper, but always requires them to grant the authors and the first publication full credit.

TERUM is a peer-reviewed journal, issued quarterly (in February, May, August and November) in electronic form.

 

AIMS AND SCOPE

THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL RESEARCHES IN URBAN MANAGEMENT is an international journal, which advances theory, research and practice in urban management.

The journal aims to provide theoretically and empirically informed analysis on social, economical and technical issues related related to urban development and management.

Embracing a multidisciplinary approach to the field, TERUM publishes papers on a wide range of topics related to urban management:

The journal is addressed to diverse communities, including, but not limited to, academics, managers, economists, engineers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, anyone with a serious interest in urban management.

The submitted papers should be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the journal.
